4. When the steam generator enters normal operation, the steam valve can be closed. The equipment will slowly build up pressure. When the pressure reaches the set value, heating automatically stops, and steam can be used normally.

5. Perform pressurized blowdown at least once a day. After use, disconnect the power for 15 minutes and wait until the pressure drops to 0.05MPa before blowdown. Be cautious during blowdown to prevent injury.

6. Avoid moisture and water ingress in areas such as the electrical control box and water pump motor to prevent burnout. The equipment should be regularly maintained and kept clean.

      Additionally, the steam generator has very high requirements for water quality. Using inappropriate water quality can cause scaling, which thickens the inner wall and blocks pipes, not only wasting fuel but also potentially causing pipe burst accidents. This is why the steam generator needs to be used with water treatment.
